1.1 Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings given below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bdsj96 website accessible at bdsj96.app and any associated mobile-optimised interface operated by bdsj96.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" means any individual who registers for or uses a bdsj96 account.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and eligible bonus funds held in an Account at any given time.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual may maintain only one active Account on the Platform. Duplicate Accounts identified by common mobile number, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or residential address are prohibited. bdsj96 reserves the right to merge or permanently close duplicate Accounts, void any bets placed from them, and confiscate associated balances without prior notice.

2.4 Prohibited Jurisdictions

You must not use the Platform if you are located in, or a citizen or resident of, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. bdsj96 makes no representation that the Services are appropriate or legally available in any specific location outside Bangladesh.

3.1 Password & Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any one-time passcode with any third party. bdsj96 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any activity carried out using your Account credentials is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised such activity.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdsj96 support immediately at [email protected]. bdsj96 will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the Account while the investigation is ongoing. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibition

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account, any funds held within it, or any rights associated with it to any other person. Any attempted transfer will render the Account liable to immediate permanent closure.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdsj96 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bdsj96 does not apply currency conversion fees, but your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on bdsj96 is ৳100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bdsj96 by default, although individual payment methods may have their own daily or per-transaction caps imposed by the respective provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. bdsj96 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is approved, particularly for first-time withdrawals or requests above certain thresholds.

4.4 Third-Party Payment Prohibition

Deposits must only be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts registered in your own name. 4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

5.4 bdsj96 Right to Amend or Withdraw Offers

bdsj96 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a bonus has already been credited to an Account prior to a modification, the original terms applicable at the time of crediting will continue to apply to that specific bonus unless stated otherwise.

6.1 Game Outcomes

11.1 Closure by Player

11.2 Closure by bdsj96

11.3 Effect of Termination

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including but not limited to Sections 8, 9, and 10) shall continue in full force and effect.

12.1 Dispute Resolution

12.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bdsj96 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

12.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect without modification.
